That being said, there is a way in QB SELF EMPLOYED to manually insert transaction - a feature made available so you can insert a transaction if connection to your bank account is not working.

We do have small, industry standard, fees (acquisition, asset mngt, & possibly a capital transaction) built in for qualifying for the loan, having the track record, managing the business, finding the opportunity, etc...Again I think it depends on how YOU feel about the terms & your relationship with your partner.I hope this helps!

It costs $2/tenant which I'm fine with, though their customer support recently told me they're releasing a free option in the next few weeks where your tenants are simply charged a $2 transaction fee.
