I just found the perfect adverse possession home, dead owner, no heirs, no bank but was too late and owed way to much in taxes and interest to bring current without a title. 

Currently in the process of buying a house in Pennsylvania at a judicial tax sale through a county Tax Claim Bureau.  

I'm currently working on a few commercial deals off-market including a 35 unit office building. 

I want to get a loan for $260,000 to pay off my line of credit.

Off market from a realtor attempting to gain a listing from one of my available rentals.

Any other ideas how to manage the Airbnb while being more hands off? 

Any other things I need to consider in this type of transaction tax-wise or compliance-wise?

I have invested as a LP in apartment communities where there is a partnership between a government agency and the ownership group to provide affordable housing in exchange for tax abatements and long-term, low-rate government funding. 

Does anyone have information on tax laws surrounding this?
