My prediction.... 2017 a great year but current market conditions are not sustainable for much longer then that unless rates go up and more inventory comes on the market,,,,, and at this point I do not feel we are on the edge of another great recession rather a correction.

While looking at our options, acoustical ceiling tile adhesive came up, which sounds like a perfect solution... if it works.

No one source is going to be a viable solution.  

Most of the mistakes I see could be easily avoided if investors were armed with the right knowledge and solutions.

And in our option, one that exemplifies sustainability.

We are also currently investigating owner financing, but wondering if anyone had encountered this before and came up with a creative solution.

I hope y'all can come up with a solution. 

I am one of those that "got slaughtered" in the previous cycle....In my opinion, Phoenix price is heavily influenced by California investors who feel priced out from home land...And as a result, the price flucuation is bigger than other markets that are more self sustained....

Again, I am unclear who has an equitable interest now and whether a solution might be reached by offering the attorney representing the owners to drop a foreclosure lawsuit in exchange for a Deed from the heirs affidavits of heirship.
