You will need to do a little more studying on real estate investing to get a better handle on the business.

During my studies, I have been to Robert Kiyosaki Real Estate seminars, listened to plenty of videos, podcasts, and read different books.However, I know I can attain only so much knowledge, but with no action, I will never truly see progress I am looking for now.I am also working with a family member in Ohio, on Probate leads, because he has free access to all probates online.

We have had a team studying and investigating the market and I would like to hear from actual investors now on their thoughts.

Alarms, activity, people showing up, lights on, music, dog, and secure doors and windows will do it.

I am studying about SFR, and want to be careful not to over-analyze and then miss the opportunity.
