Guidelines are to only include the rental income for owners that can show 2 years of steady rental income on their tax returns.Sometimes you can find a lender that will accept signed leases.If you work on commission income, you'll need to show 2 solid years off steady income on your taxes for it to be considered.To improve your credit, just pay all of your bills on time and keep individual credit cards at 30% utilization or less.yes, having your car paid off or less than 12 months of payments remaining improves your DTI.

I think if you are looking at long term buy and hold then Atlanta / the south in general is growing while Dayton/ the rust belt in general are losing population to holding steady at best.

Heating cables can be one of two types:-thermostatically and/or moisture controlled, when the temperature hits a certain temperature and there is moisture in the gutter (near the sensor) it turns on.
