Hey everyone,I've got a commercial property, and a tenant is looking to sell his business, which would basically mean the business (a store) stays there, but is under a new owner.

He told us that we should stay around the average rent, you don't want tenants looking around and think they're overpaying.

Ideally staying in CA but open to markets outside of the state as well. 

So if you're ok with that the next question is your "comfort zone".
