I bet on Saturday he spends 95% of the day trying to convince people to pay for his 3 day seminar.I'd have a lot more respect for the guy if he just talked real estate and let his "technique" sell itself, but the way in which he gave the presentation screamed scam to me.  

They are nice people after all.However, my wife was stuck in the HA waiting room one day and overheard a conversation between two sisters (one was there to support the other one) ; "you don't need to tell them how much you earn - none of their damn business to know your business - tell your boss that you need to put a lower amount on the income proof form".As a landlord, I have no problems helping someone through the S8 program, but I do have a big problem when our tax money is given to someone who doesn't need it - and our house is used for that scam.

What a scam.  

I would be very careful their are alot of scams.

She was a professional scam artist and found an opportunity to steal due to my failure to have pictures.The most important thing is to do your own screening.

They are trying to scam the school district - or at least they admitted so to you.

*****************In subsequent dealings with this woman, she demanded more and more firmly that I take the ad down.This is a scam - what happens is that "her father" sends you a cashier's check, but it's for double the amount.
