I could likely rent my place for $2.7-3k (sadly barely covers all expenses because of the new cash-out refinance loan). 

Before that I attended a Legacy Rich Dad Elite Program , at the end of 3 days they were selling   mentorship  program between $ 20K - $43K  for 8 weeks of  mentor  program,  and yes, some people bought it........isn't it amazing  how much money they make and how they rip off poor people  who  want to be rich..............sad, very sad.............Thank you guys!!

The bonus sad part here is that I know for a fact this woman still does and always has worked for the post office!!!

I believe I know what I'm talking about here.My sad understanding is that the great majority of the people I've shown the work to are mentally unsuited to the task.

Its sad how that end of the business is promoted on BP... or talked about on BP.. with out thought to the seller and what a pickle you can put a seller into if you don't close. 

You'll have to tell them that sadly you left your cape in the shopping cart at Walmart, or can't remember the wording for that particular spell, or that you're fresh out of the ingredient "baby toenails" to make that potion.

Its closed minded and I just hope you aren't that way towards other issues in life because its a sad way to operate.

Sadly, that word has a negative vibe because of a few bad apples.I do recommend that you do form an LLC once you get started and get business cards.
