If you need an outlest for generosity (or guilt), once or twice a year, send the lender a thank you package of fruit, candy, flowers, gift card to restaurant, iPad, etc.Good luck in Iowa, I'm from Ames.

It is not on a corner, but in the center of a lot of existing stores / restaurants etc. 

Small retail and restaurants can get killed with these laws.

When exploring the possibility of investing in Mobile Homes in my own park I was immediately shut down by park rules and civil code.

I will gingerly suggest the idea to my landlady, but I have a feeling it may be shut down.

I received a notice from the gas company on 1/17 that the gas service at my SFH is being shut off on 1/22.

Sent my husband to MN and then shut off the Christmas lights.

2) Would the sf be considered lousy with the surrounding 2 miles with 3 restaurants, 1 grocery store and 1 gas station?
