@George Skidis if I interpret your comments correctly, your strategy all along was to have your properties paid off in a relatively short time frame (10 years). 

Also make sure you are answering the questions correctly on their forms --- I once saw an operating agreement generated from a similar service stating that the member will represent the membership interests in the LLC using a certificate.

Im looking to network with other RE investors so anyone who fits that criteria please feel free to reply to this post.

Personal preference, but I believe people should be given the opportunity to correct themselves. 

Plan check did take a while longer than we expected, a little over 3 months if I remember correctly.

Hi Aram,Others are correct.

And correct any points that I made that are inaccurate.

I don't really think this area is for new investors even though purchase prices are low, but if done correctly, you can definitely cash flow out there.
