The most common crime in our neighborhood the last few years has been carried out by suburban junkies who come into the neighborhood, break into vehicles, and get caught.Rather than classifying areas containing 600,000+ inhabitants as war zones, go for about a 2 hour drive around Cuyahoga county and verify for yourself.

The type and quality of shingles should also match what you were quoted (30yr, lifetime, etc).Also make sure they have picked up all debris INCLUDING running a magnet over the property to pick up any loose nails before you pick them up in the tire of your vehicle.

West of JFK (further away from Hoboken) there's more to look at, but it's not walking distance to the light rail, so there is often less room in the deal because you don't get nearly as much on the resale end.
