Dan N. What makes a R.E agent "investor friendly"? (non agent replied only please)
19 August 2023 | 2 replies
Pure love to all the agents out there, but I am interested in hearing investors´ thoughts on this one.I´m curious to hear experiences from out-of-state investors in regard to what they feel makes a real estate agent an investor-friendly agent.I have spoken to many "investor friendly" agents in multiple markets, and besides one who is an absolute beast (in the positive meaning of the word), I haven´t felt any difference in what an investor-friendly agent offers versus a regular real estate broker. So I´m curious to hear from out-of-state investors what their agent is doing for them that is different than just sourcing from the MLS and wholesalers. What are things you look for when interviewing an investor friendly agent?
