I have William Bronchick’s following Dated Courses: Flipping Properties, Rent-to-Own, and Alternative Real Estate Financing; All three courses, the contracts and dvds are still in tact (like new condition) Would you sell these, or keep in your real estate library...even if some techniques and/or procedures are outdated?

I followed the link Account Closed posted and based on my natural pettiness would be likely to pay the $30 even though I think collection probability would be low just so when their credit is pulled there is a clear scarlet letter warning future landlords this person is a deadbeat.
