If someone burns your house down because you do not have 1hr fire separation walls between each unit will the insurance company pay to build you a new one when their investigator learns that your property wasn't to code or recognized as a legal multi-family property by your local gov't?

We use a YTD paystub and last year’s W-2(s) to calculate income several different ways:Hourly or salary income calculated to a monthly amountYTD income divided by number of YTD monthsYTD + W-2(s) income divided by the corresponding number of monthsIf these numbers vary too much, then we investigate and require an acceptable Letter of Explanation.Employment StabilityUnless an applicant has exceptional credit, we strive to determine their stability of employment to make sure they’ll always be able to pay the rent on time.

Hi, I'm not from the US and trying to get to grips with deeds of trusts for a story that I'm writing.I'm investigating two properties which have a long history when I look on property shark.My first question is can a property only have one deed of trust at any one time, as one of the properties I've looked at has had three deeds of trusts in the last seven years.
