P.S- I was considering opening up a property management company seeing as how I'm going to be managing my own and I wouldn't mind the work as it is mostly about being highly organized.

My wife and I are in the beginning stages of organizing our real estate business.

Real estate requires abstract thinking, an ability to organize variables and constraints to effect a desired outcome.

Then comes to the email - due to a scheduling conflict, looks like we'll need to find someone else.If you've ever organized an event, you probably know what this feels like - panic sets in and you imagine standing in front of your audience, gulping and trying to explain "how unexpected events sometimes happen.."

It is scary going for it but when you make it the feeling is unbelievable.I went into Atlanta the other day for  a meeting and was stuck in traffic.

There really should be a free law organization that helps out landlords with evicting problem tenants. 

Just like any other organization not everyone there are real go getters but they all have good intentions and the ones that do actively invest can give you a great wealth of information if your just starting out. 

Milwaukee yes, but if you are in Chicago, it will take you at least 4 hours to get there - and that is only if you don't hit any traffic. 

Any coating going on a floor will need to be maintained based on the kind and type of coating and traffic on the surface.
