@John Pflederer, just a thought and I know this goes against why you have a property manager to do these things, but can you set up a contractor/worker to do some of these smaller, high-expense items like the salt, instead of letting the PM coordinate?

@Tanya S. you know in my office many of the agents will actually have another agent in the office list and price their property, because we realize that we too are not exempt from mispricing our own properties just like a normal seller would.

Additionally through peeling back the onion I found out that the person who did the title search/owned closing office knew the demolition had been ordered and was trying to push the deal thru in hopes she could outpace it.
