I yanked out a cabinet and then found their access hole for the shower lol.  

Then you go down the rabbit hole of what happens when the borrower defaults on a note you sold to someone you "sold" on changing their retirement plan... and then this post gets lengthy, etc. 

Most of this growth has been a product of federal reserve monetary policy.  

However they are crap hole properties.

Luckily, they did not touch the bathrooms or the actual AC Units.I've never run across this scenario before so trying to estimate how much this would cost to repair has been an experience especially since we are going to need to create more holes to repair everything.  

Nail holes in the trim were filled with caulking, maybe, the drywall texture was as consistent as the weather, apparently there was no more paint on earth, a nice sharp cut tile nosing at a bath tub.

In addition to this, our landlord is making us pay for carpet cleaning and painting over tiny holes from hung paintings.

(Why do people place so little monetary value on their own time?

If it's returning, it found food.Landlord needs to find the holes, fill the, up and put bait down.

All doors, fans, & electrical outlets were taken, HVAC unit taken, electrical wires all cut at breaker box & stripped throughout most of house (there's even holes in the walls of rooms where vandalism was done to take wires from behind walls.
