I can always bring money to the table but would like it to be minimal .

The ad is the pitch, the seduction.

I can pick up the phone, get a VP on the phone, pitch the deal to him (or her), and get an answer fairly quickly.  

If it's a good deal, it seems like that is the the option that minimizes my risk and maximizes my profits.

I had enough evidence to satisfy me that I was paying for a sales pitch, not a consultation.

She will start flipping houses this year, and wants to minimize taxes, but also wants to reinvest all after-tax revenue from flipping.

How do you minimize vacancies between semesters?

A big point to consider is that Fortune Builders pitches "coaching" as part of their course -- this was the biggest issue I had with them.
