In 10 months time we're getting a home either way, but we're willing to wait a bit longer if it means we can have a better down payment or have a prime lot to build on should this deal get done.

I still have a lot to learn as far as getting past the first property is concerned, but at least I have a dollar figure of how much I want to cash flow annually before I retire from being an HVAC Technician.

I am starting to consider moving these properties to an LLC for asset protection, a step that I knew was necessary later down the road, but which I punted on while getting started.I planned to establish an LLC in the state of West Virginia and put the properties in it.
