I don't see too many Fsbo signs in the tri-state area which leads to me safely assume that most people  are covering their mortgage with the outrages rent that they charge.

I purchased a lead source of properties of absentee owned homes with 50% or more equity in them.

I read some where Boston and DC areas seem to be in the lead.
