I think it is called 21st Century mortgage or something like that.You would end up being the lienholder, but in the case of tenant didn’t work out then you could evict them and just put someone else in their place

So my guess is that Buyers end up rolling the dice: they simply do the deal and cross their fingers it will all work out. 

@Greg Heroy I don't like spending time on MLS because everyone has access to it and it's full of intense competition.

Hopefully I can work out something with seller with an owner finance. 

I plan to attend next month if things work out.

Or work out a lease/purchase with a set amount of what you pay going towards interest. 

You can hire people to help you with this as well, as this can be fairly labor intensive.

I have read that it is good to have multiple exit strategies when looking at a deal, in case the deal does not work out as planned.
