They do get a little pricey depending on which unit you were to install, and the bad part is that they do not last 6-10 years without ever needing service. i have yet to come across an on demand boiler unit that hasnt needed service within 2 years and the parts take a while to come in.good luck

For my just renovated triplex which is in a sketchy but quickly transforming neighborhood I'm installing privacy fence to create 3 privacy spaces, 2 of them using the backyard, and  one of them using the side yard.

I install vinyl plank because water does not harm it. 

I was looking to get an alarm installed on a rental.

Make sure if an entrance door that you have a proper threshold installed and that you have the proper exterior caulking that will not crack or shrink sealing the outside to keep water out.Doors are a first line of defense into a unit and are often neglected for maintenance.  

And if installed properly, you would have to look hard to see a difference.

I also installed a double y so I can go both dirrections .
