Personally, I didn't sign with anyone, but asked everyone for leads that met my house hunting requirements and offered them the commission if they brought the deal to the table.

Good idea though, perhaps I'll be able to hunt a few people down who are in similar roles as this and be able to pick their brains a bit to get an idea of my prospects.

I want to have a general idea on what I am going to do about financing so when I really start hunting hard when I am getting ready to move back, I can take action.My father is on board, and willing to co sign on a loan, and provide some extra funds if needed, but ideally I would be able to do it myself.
