Thanks for the input.I understand that the IP address associated with the computer is logged, but when using a router, the IP address of the router itself is the only one that the internet provider sees, so all of the individual users are "hidden" behind that router.

The closing agent is a sufficient escrow agent, but if I am not going through a closing agent I have the funds held by my Atty along with specific instructions that the lender and I both agree to in writing.
