Providing Tenants with Internet
I currently have Students residing on my property who are only here for the summer. I want to set up wireless internet for them, but was wondering about liability in terms of what they end up doing online. If I set up a wireless router and give all of them access to it, can I be held accountable if any of the tenants download illegal music or hack a government website or something? How do I protect myself from getting into trouble?

It's a TERRIBLE idea. Providing internet may not only have the police knocking on your door to see who is hacking into the pentagon computer or downloading child porn, but it WILL also get you a bunch of unnecessary maintenance calls and maybe even that legendary 3 am emergency call from an obviously stoned college student. "Hey Steve, I've got an emergency - MY INTERNET IS OUT!"
Steve, if you're going to shoot yourself in the foot - save yourself the pain and send your ammo to me. JUST SAY NO TO PROVIDING INTERNET!
