The two of us would like to continue buying properties together in the future.I realize this is probably a rookie question, but I've learned a ton through BiggerPockets already and really respect the feedback that is given on these forums.

I discovered Bigger Pockets through listening to a couple of podcast episodes and now am starting to browse the forums to get a better understanding of how I can start to branch out into more real estate investing.

There's probably not a ton of divorce lawyers in the forums, does this sound like something that might happen?

I am fairly new to the forum and have been doing a lot of reading to prepare myself for my first deal.
