If I go back to the old job, it may not work out, though I can get back into the management track elsewhere again (and to be fair, the other position is a management position overseeing 100+ engineers, it just involves some technical work and more problems).

I'd like to do what's fair to everyone involved and my thought is as of now to give the other tenants 60 days to find a new tenant to join the lease before writing a new one.
