I jump at bargain deals in hot markets or down markets. 

As such, you can withdraw principle at any time without it costing you anything.The question you need to ask yourself when choosing traditional versus Roth is fairly simple....do you expect your taxes are higher now or will be higher when you hit retirement age? 

Buy the house at fair market value--listen to the advice from the attorney.

Both of those neighborhoods are nice and im sure the prices are fairly high up there already.

I continue to adjust and modify this spreadsheet, but it has remained fairly consistent over the past 3 years.

If I go back to the old job, it may not work out, though I can get back into the management track elsewhere again (and to be fair, the other position is a management position overseeing 100+ engineers, it just involves some technical work and more problems).

I'm fairly new to real estate investing and still getting the grasp of everything but I would say there are details you should figure out before making a decision, especially with a assessments being less than the current asking price.

I'd like to do what's fair to everyone involved and my thought is as of now to give the other tenants 60 days to find a new tenant to join the lease before writing a new one.
