@Davidson Francois as @Anthony Dooley mentioned, due on sale clauses are standard in most mortgage agreements, but does not necessarily mean it will be exercised (though it is still a risk).

I’m looking to do a seller finance in Oregon and I’m wondering if anyone has a template purchase agreement (or sample executed one) they wouldn’t mind sharing  Thanks in advance!

By doing this, they do not have ownership until they exercise the option and pay you off.

I don't just mean the definitions but exercises to get comfortable making the calculations?
