Hello BP, I am currently an educator from NYC.

Today is my 45th day. 

Again, this account should be separate.Key Fund - this bank account could probably go away and just become a line item in your day to day fund account and the monies co-mingled with HOA dues, etc. 

If so, where should I focus my education efforts?

In need of a contractor for New Orleans downtown as soon as today or tomorrow.

Hopefully I put enough info in there for you guys to make an educated stab at it. 

My business partner and I put together an LLC and bought our first house NOV 17 and the second in April of 18examples:1st house bought for 40k put in 25k and sold for 85 less closing and commission and holding costs = 13k net2nd house bought for 44k put in 20k and sold for 86k less closing and commission and holding = 14k net ( under contract pending close)Although these are not home runs, they are my first two houses and the education is priceless and the opportunity to put some systems in place has also been valuable.

I have began doing some research on the world of real estate investing and i can say i am intrigued. i come here today to get some feedback on starter tips and hopefully to meet some people in my area to make connections with. any and every type of feedback would be great, thank you. 

I took a look at the programs that BP has as affiliates that offer discounts to Pro members, and started my education there.
