Hello BP, I am currently an educator from NYC. I am looking to expand by doing some real estate investing.  I am looking to get into some out of state investing in the Detroit MI area and would love to connect with some wholesalers or realtors in the area to get a better sense of Detroit.  I am very excited to get started and look forward to meeting other investors.  Thanks..
