The bank was sloppy (thank you), but it still cost us lawyer fees to win.Real Estatei is a fun game with lots of way to leverage and many ways of getting in trouble if you don't know all the rules and especially advance creative financing.I have been lucky for over 40 years - yes - I will continue to buy subject to existing financing - I like to leverage existing financing better than kissing the ring of lenders for new expensive financing!
