List a Duplex Rental as a Condo/Apartment/House...?

Hey BP,

So I'm on my hunt for my very first tenants. I've posted to CL, FB marketplace & Zillow which puts it on  Trulia and Hotpads.  Currently we are the only 2/1 rental under $1k around us.  My phone hasn't  been ringing as we approach about 5days of it being listing.  I know I'm in a good rental market and was just wondering how you all would list a Duplex.  Currently I have it as an apartment and  I'm thinking  I should have it has a Single Family home.  I feel like maybe my apartment has it not getting  found by home renters.  What do you guys do on Zillow as Duplex isn't an option.

Thanks!
