Proceed from sale of inlaw's first flip bought them a 5 mix used bldg, I get to manage (2013)(We increased the HELOC somewhere down the line to $300K)8.

I currently work in Hospitality and mixed use development in the Southern California area and have experience in multifamily and residential development and finance in California, Washington, DC and Minneapolis. 

I think most of the bases have been vovered, but I want to throw something else into the mix.
