We get a ton of emails/messages from various platforms from potential patrons, as well as coordinating with just as many house cleaners, repair folks, etc.Our business has 6 FT employees handling all sorts of tasks, but we are becoming overwhelmed with managing emails, primarily making sure they 1) don't get lost and 2) they get assigned properly to whoever is in charge.With that, please share any tips, tools, or similar challenges you all face in this space.

Easy 5 step plan: 1) Get a heloc for at least $50,0002) Buy a distressed property in a nice neighborhood with the heloc3) BRRRR the property.4) Talk to a lender about cross collateralizing properties for your next flip. 5) Put together a team of mercenaries and take the White House by force.

Some of it didn't really apply to REI but a lot of it was useful especially because there were certain platforms I was completely unfamiliar with (like twitter).

Cross collateralizing a loan against a portfolio will severely limit your flexibility going forward.

Since we've switched to an online PM platform and accept online rent payments its a much more efficient process.
