I think you could open where you live for convenience...but not positive. 

But I'm still a die-hard fan of online casinos; they're the most convenient and accessible option for me.

Cabinets wise - don’t just go for a cabinet off the shelf in Home Depot or Lowes, those are particle board, and while they seem convenient, please plan a bit ahead and order from local kitchen supply place, you will get similar pricing as box stores but the cabinet will be all wood!

And conveniently, every state is different. 

Depending on who the buyer is and where you are from, it might be convenient to find someone nearby.

You do pay a little more for the items but the convenience is definitely worth it especially if your not local.
