Here is the idea:Basic white glossy front cards, color company logo in the top center with the business name centered below it, phone & email address on one side of the bottom section and my name on the other side followed by the title of "Owner".I would leave these cards on the doors of target properties with a personal, hand written note on the back, with that side facing out so that it is the first thing they see.

In fact the last one we were in, we updated her house with modern paint colors & fixed a few things & she was able to rent it in a week at a higher price when we moved out.
