I find it to be a logical transfer of skills and knowledge, have you found that to be the case or has it been an equally challenging approach to investing?

@Jacob Lewis, Hello, this sounds like something to arrange with a probate lawyer and is handled through the Clerk's Office so it would be online.

In my area, we have a great Property Management company that will handle evictions for a fee.  

We mainly focus on turnkey, but we do also handle a good amount of retail sales, meaning we basically flip.

The title company should be handling everything for you in regards to notifying the seller and making sure the money is collected and paid.

., has there been any lawsuits to challenge or overrule the city/state ordinance?   

Problem is the area is one I don't like, bleak job growth, low class, challenging tenant pool and needs really good, strict management.
