This is central to BP's corporate strategy: the more inexperienced investors they bring to their platform (via forums, podcast, blogs) the more they can charge advertisers to reach this audience. 

However, if you can stay focused and see the longer-term benefit, being a PM is the HUB of RE investing.I would NOT change your profession just because you want to buy some houses.  

If it's central, go for it. 

Nix the 3 times bit in ad and other stuff save it for application, in this range it is insulting, save that for starter rentals, maybe offer yard maintenance or club included things that would appeal to a professional also cooling says other, no central air?

The upside is it is in a highly desirable neighborhood, best schools in the region and central to shops, airport and more.The cons: It’s located on a two-lane road with moderate rush hour traffic.
