At 1000 reported members that comes out to about $100,000 per year, plus a couple of hundred per person for each seminar or bus tour.

Things to be renovated include the entire bathroom, kitchen, cabinets, etc. 

There’s a newly built apartment complex less than half a mile away that rents their 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms a few hundred dollars above what this place is renting for. 

I was looking at painted shaker style cabinets so that I can repair them easily if they are damaged.  

Investment strategies will vary significantly from someone with little to no cash compared to someone that has hundreds or even millions of dollars to invest.

New cabinets, and granite counter tops, full bathroom rehab in 2 bathrooms, new windows, new wood sighting on entire outside of home, new wood deck in back yard, new paint and texture job throughout.
