I have also been attending estate auctions and searching the MLS, but again no luck.

Does anyone here attend the local REIA meetings that could give me any info? 

All of them have wholesalers attending to various degree.

We also attend the local BP meet up in Lakewood.

I also plan to attend this month's CFRI meeting so hopefully I'll see you there!

I've been looking around not sure if I missed a spot to look but I'm trying to see if their is investor club or group I can attend in around casper Wyoming.

I can add value through advertising local BP meet ups, attend non BP events and act like a BP Club promoter, spend sometime volunteering to teach into to investing classes to HS kids hooking them on the awesomeness of the BP brand, and by actively linking mentors to men tees actively in locations. 

And I go through the gamut of current and future upgrades/maintenance: tiling the kitchen floor (in progress), new windows come spring/summer, new blinds and curtains, and the few 'fix-it' things that need attending to.  

I would also suggest joining a REIA and attending those monthly meetings as well.  

If you want nitty gritty then attending a few local meetups and start asking questions and seeing what is working.
