Once such set up that I have seen arranged though only from afar, was to lease out parking lot space to outfits who may need over-flow parking space for their fleet trucks, vans, small to medium moving box trucks, day-cab tractors, etc.Can anyone please assist me in how do I find out who or what type of service provider would be best for me to contact to find out if such a person or company exists who goes about locating such leasing opportunities and making them come to fruition?

If in fact the bank you are talking to may have aquired the note if they absobed another banks assets and it maybe a part of a loss share arrangement.
