Real estate agents perform a variety of useful services, including advising the client on the state of the market, helping the client view homes for sale, writing offers, negotiating with sellers, and guiding the buyer through the purchase paperwork.

and I used a variety of sources for deal money including hard, private, and conventional.  

I checked into a variety of lending sources and couldn't find it maybe I was looking in the wrong places.

But you’ll find a variety of every type of investor on the site, and everyone is amazingly helpful.

I listen to Bigger Pockets podcast regularly and am filling up with tons of knowledge from a variety of sources, but most of all through my own experience.  

While the delay was agonizing, the timing ended up being perfect for a variety of reasons.

That said, we never go through big banks - always local, credit unions, or mortgage brokers who can pull from a variety of lending sources including conventional.

Will people always want to live here probably but insanely high prices are sustained by a variety of factors including FDI investment, the best jobs being here, older folks who move to the city because they sold their own home and want to live here, etc.
