I know how to find great deals and I am looking to expand my real estate investing by flipping single family homes.  I currently wholesale deals that I find, but am working hard to keep some of those deals to flip myself in the near future.  I listen to Bigger Pockets podcast regularly and am filling up with tons of knowledge from a variety of sources, but most of all through my own experience.
