Not to be too picky, but Earnings in the above actually means Profit, as the ROI calculation is (Earnings - Initial Investment)/Initial Investment.

To do an assignment correctly, the assignee would need to see the original contract and sign/initial everywhere that you had done so.

Vote that night to hire professional management company. 6) In the mean time, don't expect much by the way of meetings, data and budgets. 7) Board decisions cannot be made via email and board meetings need to be publicized to the owners (the sunshine law) unless you the board is in executive session. 8) Any savvy buyer will see that the board members are serving the same positions, that there are no minutes, no reserve studies, no audits, no financials, etc. that's if this lady responds to an agent or buyer with a resale certificate!

While I will do some/all of the renovations and will initially be the property manager, I do plan to accrue for that day one so at some point I can hire someone else to do it and not break my financial model.Steve, I will definitely reach out to you over the next two months, thank you
