I saw the opportunity for this apartment primarily because it had a fenced-in back yard (great for dog owners) and the apartments are both 2 bedrooms and in decent shape.

Unit 1- 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, .7 acre yard, terrific school district.Unit 2- 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, .7 acre yard, terrific school district, full basement.

We also have given 2 notices and have no filed for eviction due to him ripping down a huge deck that was installed in the back yard and selling it for money.
