I can't speak for other investors, but I am personally much more interested in a town like Bloomfield, where ARVs can exceed $400k and there is demand for nicer homes, but where there are also run-down properties your u can target.

WFG has an office in Vancouver so does fatco etc.. they will tell U and that's who you want to take your advice from

With enough notice and fairness I think u might be surprised how many will completely understand...if they argue, point them to the local paper where they can see all the other places w the same rules.

Thus u need to get some help from a seasoned and proven investor to help you make a decision IF you want to try and proceed with either residence.
