Hi, I'm a nationwide wholesaler based in Charleston,SC and I'll be in Miami,FL soon.

Two of the units are rented out for $525 each with tenants paying the utilities (except heat for one).

The org. asking price was 99k, droped to 89k on day 32 and 69.9k today...the property needs about 80-90k worth of work done it to be able to move in (all heating and plumbing cooper riped out, windows broken, graffti inside, and roof leaking just to name a few things)...when its complete it would be worth 150 to 175k.

She is just extremely difficult to deal with and makes me miserable in my own home.Well the LL's electrician came by the other day and he explained that b/c the house is old, this particular circuit cannot handle anything more than one kitchen appliance with a heat element at a time.

This happens from time to time when things get off topic, heated, or unruly.

It might heat the water also.

If nothing else, I might install a radiant heat system under new bath tile.

Travel, go to different places, time off between fairs, own the little shops, worry about rain, heat and cold, and fret about having the right merchandise.

One issue that came up once the heat was on and I jumped into my first (what I thought was going to be profitable) deal is that my exercise program just got scrapped.
