Renter source will be encroachment of population from surrounding cities, industrial park with new build of distribution center and well known manufacturing plant that is being relocated to that location.

The time from manufacture to placement is short so you've pretty much locked in your materials costs.  

Now people are stealing SSNs and there are web sites that will manufacture paperwork to align with the rest of their history. 

With the hospitals, large manufacturing presence, and proximity to Mooresville, people will always be needing a place to stay there.

Hello everyone, I am wondering if I were to buy raw land and place a manufactured home with a foundation would it add any value if so could I do cash out refinance?

But it is a manufactured home, which in the area there are others listed for 300-315k as similar comps, and plenty of SFR comps that are easily selling for 260-320k so there aren't many doubts, just wanted advice from the BP family.

Date of manufacture is printed right on it.

My understanding is you cannot get conventional lending on anything manufactured unless you plan to live there and then I'm not sure how they treat multi-unit/owner occupied.
