Anyways if it's just between the Tenant and Me, I can take the pain but my latest drama filled episode has now drawn the attention of the Condo Association.My Tenant decided to go knock on the neighbors door, what followed is a grey area but the neighbor called the police got all freaked out my tenant gets arrested for disorderly conduct.

I understand why I have these requirements but they are a pain in the neck sometimes.On the other hand I have found it helpful because I have access to certain tools (MLS etc.) and resources and that help me identify deals.

If you have a long term projects where investors/partners come in and out changing ownership %'s and tracking every partner as a llc/partnership is a huge pain
