Dear BPI have been through a few different gardeners and need to find a trust worthy yard worker to come to my properties, weed, clean, maintain the gardens.  

But another thing I noticed about one of the 5 star Airbnbs where we stayed was that they had a knock down gorgeous fresh flower arrangement that it took me two days to even notice!

Otherwise only weekends really get booked unless you have one of the top 3% of houses in the area (think hot tub+pool, 6+ bedrooms, fresh renovations, etc.)The STR market is also difficult to understand as each township has different rules.

Study hard....take the prep class before you take the test.Try not to drag it out if you can...get busy and get it done....that way the info stays fresh for the test.

The HOAs are lower than what you'd pay for pool and garden maintenance on a SFH.

For major rehabs, it actually helps to have the original contractor roll off before the finishing touches are complete and find someone else to dial down the job with fresh eyes.
